Lingam
Massage
(An element of the Tantra Massage or Puja)
Lingam is the Sanskrit
word for the male genital organ. Also translated as wand of light, the
Lingam
is an essential part
of sacred sexuality. Thousands of years ago, when massage was first developed
genital massage was
an integral part in overall health and wellness. Reflexology points are
found in
genitals of both sexes
and correspond to major organs of the body such as the liver, spleen, heart,
and lungs. Genital
massage helps to increase health, well being and functioning throughout
the body.
In Eastern civilizations,
the Lingam is viewed very differently than in Western culture. Often
Westerner’s refer
to a man’s genitals as a cock, prick, dick or shlong. The Lingam from Eastern
perspective is considered
to be an honored vital organ with the purpose of channeling creative
energy and pleasure.
The influence of goal-oriented lifestyle in the West has caused many men
to loose touch with
their gentle spirit. Lingam massage is the perfect opportunity to experience
the movement and flow
of energy through the charkas, making the entire body filled with
wonderful sensations
of warmth and pleasure while awakening the softer side of his personality.
Eastern Tantric practices
instruct the male to learn about his body so that he is able to control
release thus, saving
his gift of Divine Elixir for the appropriate time. Focusing on breathing
and
squeezing of the root
chakra muscles (pc muscles) the receiver (male) enjoys a prolonged state
of bliss.
It is his state of
bliss which offers Divine union with your partner, with yourself and with
the Universe.
From the female standpoint,
it is a joyous experience to learn about her lover’s body while
facilitating and witnessing
her partners surrender to the bliss of her touch. The goal is to massage
the Lingam, testicles,
perineum and Sacred Spot (the equivalent to the female G-spot).
This allows her partner
to surrender into such Divine pleasure which he may not be used to.
For both partners,
Lingam massage invokes a feeling of newness; sparking the flame of love.
It is a time of exploration,
reestablishing trust, communication and healing sexual trauma.
